1) Entitlement to 1 x coaching phone call / zoom chat per week to help plan and manage your coaching environment and to guide you as a coach
2) Entitlement to your team being coached directly by Lee Addison 3 times a year (or equivalent)
3) Entitlement to one review of your coaching for 1 session a month (or equivalent) either in person or using video
4) Entitlement to one match review video analysed once a month (or done in person if can be achieved)

The Coach Mentor Program is led by Level 3 High Performance Coach Lee Addison who has coached at two NRL clubs and been on several overseas tours with International teams.
