Our third holiday Aim Higher Program in Melbourne hosted by Altona Roosters is a 2 day program aimed at players 6/7 to 17/18 years of age and designed to mimic full time rugby league environments, upgrade skills and update knowledge .

During each day, you will have a mixture of field training and team meetings, designed to mimic an NRL or Super League environment. Players will learn some of the activities that full time professionals do in the NRL and Super League and will be able to try some of them out.

The emphasis of this program is skill development and tactical development. We will also spend more time doing team building activities, partaking in seminars about

recovery, diet and the mindset required to be your best version of yourself. This course will be conducted in a manner on par, if not better, than any junior representative rugby league structures you get anywhere in Australia.

Each player will have an individual meeting with coaching staff to check on their progress and will be experienced in game analysis, fitter and more skilled than ever by the end of it!

The Aim Higher Program is led by Level 3 High Performance Coach Lee Addison who has coached at two NRL clubs and been on several overseas tours with International teams.

Addison has coached and developed over 60 NRL and Super League players, many of which have gone on to Origin or International honours. On this course he will unveil all the secrets that help those players reach the top. For more details about the course leader CLICK HERE

Boys and girls aged 6/7 to 17/ 18 are welcome on the program, as are coaches who may be asked to assist with coaching. Discounts apply to those who are members at Jimboomba Thunder RLFC and a payment plan option is available.

Our refund policy

Very occasionally, things happen which make participation on the program difficult. When you book with us you fully accept our policy on refunds.

There are no full refunds on any course within 48 hours of the event start time. If a refund is granted this will be subject to an administration fee (30% of the course cost paid if paid in full)

If an event is postponed due to weather or act of god, the 48 hours rule applies from the time of postponement announcement.

There are no full refunds on any course within 24 hours of the event start time. If a refund is granted this will be subject to an administration fee (50% of the course cost paid if paid in full)

When the participant commences on the program and for some reason cannot continue (due to weather, illness, injury or an act of god) our policy is to not give refunds but instead, coaching ‘credits’ for future coaching programs or online options.

If a participant has completed over 50% of the program then no refund is given nor should be expected. No refund requests are considered 36 hours after the event completion.
