The Aim Higher Rugby League and Sports Program at Samford on Brisbane’s North is a 2 day program during each holiday aimed at players 7/8 to17/18 years of age and designed to mimic full time rugby league environments, upgrade skills and update knowledge ahead of and alongside the 2023 season. It is also giving kids an opportunity to try other sports throughout the day.
On each day there will be four ‘sessions’ and kids can choose either rugby league training or a sport during each

Rugby League
During each day, you will have a mixture of field training and team meetings, designed to mimic an NRL or Super League environment.
The emphasis of this program is skill development and for rugby league tactical development. We will also spend more time doing team building activities, partaking in seminars related to lifestyle, learning how to analyse the game, elite recovery methods and the mindset required to get the best out of your ability.

Sports
Designed to get kids away from the devices, keep them connected with others and keep them active while they try different sports and exercises under the guidance of trained Physical Education teachers
Sports included are NFL, Soccer, Touch Rugby, Cricket, Handball, Ultimate Disc, Dodgeball etc
Parents can suggest sports on booking or prior to booking. All suggestions must be received 7 days before the clinic commences.

The Aim Higher RL and Sports Program is led by Level 3 High Performance Coach Lee Addison who has coached at two NRL clubs and been on several overseas tours with International teams. He was also a teacher for two decades.
Addison has coached and developed over 60 NRL and Super League players, many of which have gone on to Origin or International honours. On this course he will unveil all the secrets that help those players reach the top. For more details about the course leader CLICK HERE
