4 sessions AIM HIGHER Program – NORTH BRISBANE

The Aim Higher Program in Brisbane North is a 4 week, pre-season course aimed at players 8/9 to 17/18 years of age and designed to teach how to maximise your potential for the season ahead.    Booking here secures 4 sessions.

During each session, you will have a 30 minutes team meeting or video analysis session and over 70 minutes of training in a challenging, professional environment, designed to teach you how to be a professional sports person.  On this program, we are also aiming to fill the gap in players’ skill development from the disrupted season in 2020 due to COVID 19.

Any fitness sessions are mixed with skill work in games or drills.  You will NEVER do mindless running – everything you do will include a ball or defence elements and we emphasise skill development as much as fitness. We will also teach you how to analyse the game, eat and drink like a champion, elite recovery methods and the mindset required to get to the top.   This course will be conducted in a manner on par, if not better, than any junior representative rugby league structures you get anywhere in Australia.

By the end of the course, you will leave with a personal Player Development Plan (PDP) to map out the year ahead, will be experienced in game analysis and fitter and more skilled than ever ahead of the 2021 season!

The Aim Higher Program is led by Level 3 High Performance Coach Lee Addison and his team of assistants.
