The seminar is led by Level 3 High Performance Coach Lee Addison. Lee is a multi competition winning coach who has coached at two NRL clubs, two World Cups and three Elite High Schools in Australia. Before that, he coached on the RFL World Class Performance Plan under David Waite in the UK as well as GB and England Students, Lionhearts and much more!
He has coached and developed over 60 NRL and Super League players, many of which have gone on to Origin or International honours including James Tedesco, Clint Gutherson, Ronaldo Mulitalo and many, many more. He is a born and bred Englishman who left for Australia in the mid 2000’s to pursue his coaching dreams in Australia and he now calls Australia home.
Lee will discuss what the Aussies do better than us English but also what English coaches need to do to make sure we can one day win that World Cup or those Ashes back! We will also do this seminar whilst enjoying a pint and then watch the Super League game together afterwards!
